Dragy performance meter

Fully understand the problems with GPS units, have 4 dating back to a Garmin12 and 2 automotive. My speedo is calibrated and agrees within .5 mph indicated in the engeneering mode and 3 independent GPS units over a 5 mile bypass route around my home town. Doesn't help much for timing though, just confirms steady state speed. TPro does agree with the datalogs I have, as best as they can be interpreted, close enough for my purposes. While I find the specialized units interesting it's just a 20 mile drive to Great Lakes Dragway, will make that in the spring. Most accurate of all sources or damn near. I did have an interesting conversation with a county sheriff who stopped to see if I had vehicle trouble. I had 3 GPS units on the console a Garmin Nuvi on the dash and a GTX tuner displaying MPH, and stopped to put the truck into engineering mode for that readout.Hey, I'm retired and putz with stuff, keeps me outa the Mrs' hair!. The shifts on my 6r80 are not nearly as smooth as your 10r80 lol, you can much more easily see the shift points on my gforce graph. My truck was tuned by Matt at ID Motorsports, just a stock Roush stage 2 with his tune. On paper the shift points are 1st-7500, 2nd-7500 (2nd actually shifts near 7700rpm), 3 and higher 7000, with Matt's reasoning being "heat." The truck hits the 1/4th finish right at the 3-4 shift, and If I ever go back to Matt for a retune I'm gonna have him raise the 3rd gear shift RPM to 7250rpm, as that will carry me past the finish before the shift. Maybe that'll be an extra 1 mph on trap speed...I dunno, but I'd really like to trap 120mph, but I don't think I have the power for that. I still haven't taken this thing to a drag strip, and I'd like to try my luck on a prepped surface.
In theory revving out with the 10 speed should less helpful, except the 2018 breaths like a beast up high, especially compared to the previous years.

My shifts on my ecobust are like:
1 -> 2 : 6200
2 -> 3 : 6000
3 -> 4 : 5900
4 -> 5 : 5800
5 -> 6 : 5700
Having 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 higher like that helps significantly in the 1/8 mi even though it stops making power at about 5700 (holds it to 6100ish though)

3 -> 4 : 5900

Well.. I just pulled the trigger on a Dragy.
Seems like the reviews on it are all pretty positive.
I'm looking at getting tuned by Oz here pretty soon. Will be nice to compare the tunes performance vs Whipple's tune.

This thing is actually pretty cool! Took it to the track on Friday and it matched my time slip to the hundredth of a second.
Ended up running a 13.04 @ 105 on stock Whipple tune and big heavy tires. Only made 2 runs; same times.
Putting the slow time aside, I was very impressed with Dragy's accuracy. Now I know I can rely on it for some quick time/speed testing.
Also, as @BadCon pointed out you can follow other members within the app. Pretty cool to track fellow members progress.

Finally hit the track, took the Dragy along for the ride. I'm pleased with the results, and its certainly accurate enough for its intended purpose. Proof is in the pictures.
Actual slips from slowest to fastest, then the dragy screen shots from slowest to fastest. On the slips I'm #37. And for my own future reference, so I can write it on the slips later....DA was 2000ft, 1800ft, and 1630ft respectively for each run.
