If I buy a bullydog programmer will the preloaded tunes account for all of the mods?(intercooler, CAI,and exhaust)

No, but it will still work just fine. A custom tune would be needed to get the full potential of those mods. I have a SCT BDX for sale, pm me if interested.

Don't bother with bullydog. Go with Gearhead, 5star, or mpt.

Agree with the above guys. If you're going to spend money on a tuner get one thta comes with custom tunes and revisions.

I agree, I bought mine for monitoring, never paired it. On my 17 5.0, I had the Omega tune from Oz and loved it.

Also, skip the intake and exhaust unless they're already installed.

Those are tuning companies though, not tuning devices. Depends on his application as to which device a certain tuning company prefers to use.

You’ll need a custom tune. The device I recommend is HP Tuners MPVI3. My shop used to tune SCT/Bullydog but honestly the SCT tuning software has a lot of software bugs compared to HPT so we exclusively tune with HPT now. Don’t be tempted to get an RTD tuner because it costs less than the MPVI, they have very limited functionality compared to the MPVI. If you’re going to spend the money on a tuner get the full featured MPVI.
