BCB Tuning Issues

Bought and processed the tune and updates via E-Mail and phone. They (BCB), were in the process of relocating to Hubertus WI. Have since been to the shop for stuff, like my Icon installation, customer appreciation day, watched some dyno runs, and just BS'ing since. Will be back there later in the week as they just got notice from CVF about intercooler availability, I have one on order. KM

Update.
So this issues continued with their adaptive tune. I got about 3 revisions with the same problems. I was told to try one step colder plugs gapped to .28. I bought the NGKs from their web site, did a couple WOT pulls and the issue was still there. I was then told to try and replace to coils. As many people on here know that is not cheap. New coils would be about 3 to 400 bucks. I thought i would just go back to stock for a while since the truck ran great stock. I did that for about a week and refused to think my truck should sit stock with this Nguage paper weight. I heard a lot of good things about 5 star tuning so I went ahead and got their AO tune. The tune runs great on my truck, No issues so far and shift are nice and firm. I am not bashing BCB I understand tuning vehicles is difficult especially just over email. BCB adaptive tune just didn't work for my truck. All trucks are different. BCB had very quick responses to my issues but just couldn't solve them without me putting more money into the truck that i didn't feel it needed. I know of plenty of happy people on this forum that have great experience with BCB but for now everything is good with my 5 Star AO tune and I'm happy.
