thanks
I have the same 5* E85 performance tune and have not experienced that with that tune... However, my Adaptive tune I have. I did two 3rd gear pulls (no gears were locked out) and both times it just hung at 6500-6600 RPM and wouldn't shift until I let out. I contacted 5* and am waiting on a response. It's been about a week since I submitted for the revision but I think they are back logged from Spring Break. If I were you, I would submit for a revision, explain what is happening and wait for them to contact you. That way they can get you a revision. With tuning this kinda thing can happen. I switched to my E85 performance tune and did the same 3rd gear pull in the same spot and I had a perfect upshift to 4th after seeing 7000rpm. So, it's definitely something with the tune. 5* is a good company, they'll get it figured out.

Edit: Just checked my email and my revision was there. How funny is that. I'll report back with my results.

Got my Adaptive tune loaded in the truck last night. I want to drive around and get a few miles on this flash before I go ***** out on a pull. Everything is shifting nice (actually a little better than before) so we'll see soon.

Got a WOT pull in 3rd and truck did shift to 4th this time around 6500 rpm but there was a slight delay in the shift. I'm gonna call 5* to see if this is normal or not.

I submitted mine right before Spring Break and so I figured it would take longer than usual. I have gotten revisions as fast as 3 days and as long as 1.5 weeks. I think a lot of it has to do with why you are getting the revision. If it's just a simple thing like throttle response change then it could be done pretty quick. If it's a bigger issue it probably takes more time.

Thanks, I am waiting on my initial tune. So far they have missed every eta they have given me on my intake and tune so I just wanted to see if this is normal for them or not.

Did you buy them together? What intake did you get?

Sounds good on the truck, haven't been able to test with the tune.
