No.

I’m super against bap’s, my opinion is they kill pumps.

A dead pump is a no go .

Did you pay for the labor the second time around? If so, what was the cost?

I've never looked into it, but does the bed need to come off to get access to the fuel tank, or can the tank be dropped?

Because the pump is un used they said they would install the check valve for free.

I am requesting they do more flow testing for me Before and After, I expect to pay for that.

As for the install, I don't know.

I believe the tank can be dropped without removing the bed. It seems like Unbroken did his this way.

I've also seen instructions on how to install the Ford Performance Lowing kit that requires (Sort of) the tank be dropped. The lowering kit can actually be installed without removing the tank. Way off topic though

That tank lowering instructions start on page 9.

pump replacement is so easy you can do it in a Flying J parking lot. You need an empty or as close ro empty tank, a floor jack with a 2x4 or 2x6, couple jack stands, a brass or plastic dead blow hammer, a brass punch, flat head screw driver and a large pair of channel locks. Shouldn't take more than an hour

Removing the bed is a lot easier than dropping the tank IMO. A buddy and I can have the bed off in 5 minutes.

That's kind of scary actually. I'll bet the black market value on a F150 truck bed is big bucks.

Could you imagine going out to your truck and finding the bed missing?

Removing the bed isn’t that easy on mine...bed over and bedrug are in the way. I can have the tank on the ground in under 15 minutes all by myself which is how I’m usually working.

Pump assembly will be here on the FedEx truck in a bit.

I'm going to try pulling the bed and sliding it out of the way...

Wish me luck

Looks like the torque spec is 59ft lbs

Here a little tip for removing the bumper as a one man operation, if you have a hitch.
