Nice! I feel your pain. Which headers did you go with?

Glad to see some progress and can’t wait to hear it. I’ll be back in the states in 3 weeks, for a whole 2 weeks...sending mine to PolyDyn for ceramic coating then they go back on the shelf until December when I’ll be back from Japan.

It's a pretty big job, especially when working on jack stands. 2WD would be a LOT easier though, not as much crap in the way.

Header's on any coyote sucks. I will say out of all the vehicles i've installed longtubes on, the trucks are by far the easiest with access to harder to reach things through the wheel wells. S550's of any year are the worst, s197's aren't too bad usually.

After my truck fell off the jacks a few months ago and pinned me...I’m done with jack stands for the foreseeable future. I’ll be doing mine on a 4 post lift at our fleet maintenance shop. I’d probably freeze solid under a truck on stands...the PTSD is real.

That stainless works setup looks like quiet a spread. That transfer case definitely didn't do me any favors.

I'm passable as a mechanic I suppose, and that was one of toughest jobs I've done. The jack stands made me nervous. Any lessons I can learn from when yours slipped UNBROKEN?

I've done engine swaps on 4 bangers and some old school v8s, but nothing like this though. How bad is pulling the 5.0 on a 4wd?

Here is a video on the header install. Still have a little more to do on the rest of the exhaust.
