would you know how plug and play it is to a 2015? just throw it in and good to go or has to be unlocked by vin?
im very interested, just dont have a lot of spare time to mess with it. if its toss in and go i'll take it

 

Sync3 is Plug and Play for MFT vehicles. It looks like everything here would be what you need.

 

Rox so just pull my equipment out out the new gear sync 3 in and in good to go. Nothing with forscan? Dealer does not have to unlock?
i just want to be sure

 

You will need forscan to program the asbuilt.

 

what about the "apim"??? module? not sure if that is what it is called, aluminum looking box, would the FMT unit work with the sync 3 screen? i know he says it is included but not seeing it in the pics

 

APIM is included it’s attached to the back of the screen.
