Whirring sound when speeding up and turning
My 1996 F-150 5.0 has a whirring sound when turning. My first instinct is that the power steering pump is about to go out but i would like some outsiders perspective before i go out on a limb and buy it. It only happens about every other day though, and its this real annoying sound when i turn and it kicks in when i accelerate too sometimes. Any ideas?
