Question Wheel Back Rub Cover Missing

Hello Folks,

I'm new to the Trucks world, just got an F150 2010 XLT SuperCrew 5.4L and i'm loving it !

I was inspecting the truck and adjusting the Parking Breaks ( by turning a small **** in the back of the wheel ) and i notice there's one Rub Cap Cover missing..

The thing is.. i have no idea how those little covers are called and i can't find them online, if you guys could help me with the name so i can look it on Amazon or Ebay i really appreciate it.

Here's a picture of the actual wheel missing the cap rubber cover.

Any light will be greatly appreciate it.

Also i'm wondering if there's any kind of grease or lubricant needed there ?

Thanks in advance !
-Brian.

Thanks for the heads up, i was just wondering since it's missing the cover, dust, mud and everything will go in and can cause a mess in there.
