Universal joint question

I have a 92 f150 4.9. Can anyone tell me if they know of any real differences in universal joints when buying replacements?

Some are priced $8.99 an others $22.00, what's the differences if any?

The $8.99 version is what you install right before you put the "for sale" sign in the window.

The $22.00 version is what you install when you plan on driving your truck for a while.
