EFIs re-tune themselves ~200x per second. They don't need tune-ups. They only need maintenance & repairs. Follow the maintenance schedule in the owner's manuals. If you don't have one, download it free:

Ok. Great. So really the only thing I need to do is change the spark plugs. Correct? I was told by a ford dealer that it use to be a case where the spark plugs would break, sometimes, when changing them on the triton engines. Is that true?

The 2010 has a standard one piece plug and should not break. The 04-08 trucks with the 5.4 3 valve had the two piece plugs that were prone to breakage.

Oh ok. Thanks for clearing that up. I was curious on how could they be so prone to breakage.

I doubt it, but I haven't looked at the maintenance schedule for your truck. Have you?

What I researched was that, the earlier 5.4L plugs were like a two part plug that was corrected.
