I have a 2009 F150 Lariat 4x4. When I start my truck I have to let it idle for about 5 minutes before touching the accelerator. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. What could be causing this? fuel pump?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Also it only does this when it is cold or hasnt been ran in a while.
