All tires are marked with tire pressure at so many pounds weight. Do not get confused with the do not exceed X pounds inflation pressure to seat beads. My tires say 35 psi, I choose to run at 32 because of nicer feel in my butt.

Goodyear has a tire load/inflation chart on their website, NHTSA also has one or a link to one. These give you the proper inflation based on load given the tire size and type.
