Default Timing chain question.

I have a 2012 f150 fx2 5.0 with 160k miles on the clock. I wanted to know if I should be worried about the timing chain? As far as the maintenance history of the truck it has been maintained pretty well oil changes every 5k miles the belts and hoses were new when I bought it last October. I don't think the timing chain has ever been touched. My last truck the timing chain jumped a tooth and I don't want that to happen to this one because a) I'm still paying for it and b) I really like this truck. Let me know, Thanks.

if you're not getting any kind of phaser codes I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep your oci at 5k and that will keep you going till the truck falls apart.
