Default Full lock left grind

Hey guys, I made a post about this a while ago and got some great feedback. However, the problem is still there and getting worse. When the wheel is full lock left and I am moving forward, I can hear/feel and grind coming from the drivers side wheel area. I decided to take a video to see if anyone else has an idea of what it could be. Thanks for the help. Ive already replaced the upper control arm, front hubs, drivers side cv axle and got an alignment.

Hard to tell.
CV joint failing/failed
IWE (but odd to only happen while at full lock)
Wheel bearing (usually a right side wheel bearing on a left turn, however you are going slowly and at full lock).

I say it needs an inspection. You may luck out here with somebody that exact noise and experience, or you may wait a few months before it gets to the next stage of "bad".
A good front end shop may go on a test drive with you come Monday.....

Have you performed a visual -is the tire rubbing on anything? Have you had the tire off to spin the hub by hand, or even with the wheel on? Any inspection at all?
Or are you simply at the stage of "ask the internet" without having yet investigated.

I can assume you've either tried "everything" and can't find it or have not looked at all.

thanks for the reply, ive had it up on the hoist a few times and did visual inspections. Checked for play and spun the wheel while on to the strut to fell and vibrations. Figured id replace the hubs and cv joint anyways so I did but the noise is still there. I also replace the IWE actuators on both sides!! And they are working perfectly (spins free when in 2H, locks in 4H or 4L). Nothing seems to be hitting when the wheel is turned all the way left. Could this possibly be something behind the front diff?

I'm very new to these late F150s, but it may be helpful to verify whether there is a different result between 2wd and 4wd (meaning 4wd engaged vs. disengaged). That could help eliminate the IWE system (I think).

Is there a change in the sound that corresponds to the speed of the vehicle when in the full-left condition?

The IWE system checks out as I removed the vacuum line which would lock the front hubs. The sound was still there. I dont think the sound changes with speed. Just a constant grind
