When an incoming text message is displayed on the screen of my 2013 Platinum it only stays up for a second. If I'm not quick the message goes away and I am unable to listen to it while I am driving. Is there a way to get the notification to stay on the screen for a longer period of time?

 

I don't know about making it stay longer but I click on the phone and then messaging. there should be a button in the upper right like a speaker that you can push to have it read back to you.

 

I already tried that. But as long as the vehicle is in motion it prevents me from looking at or listening to text messages by going through the phone screen. If I don't catch it when it first comes in I cannot retrieve it until after I have stopped in the vehicle.

 

mine lets me listen while in motion. sorry no other help.
