Default steering

Have a 96 ford explorer and the steering wheel sticks especially in the colder weather. Changed the power steering pump and belt. But still sticking. Any suggestions

look at your steering shaft. could be all rusty/corroded causing the binding. mine did it on my 06 f150 last year. try spraying it with some pb blaster. if it frees up, thats your culprit.
