Let us know in which order the above was done?
Is the noise from the front?
Is the noise coming from the rear before/after you did the brakes?
By replaced your rear brakes you mean- pads? shoes? rotors? drums? emergency brake shoes? did you install new brake hardware? grease the slide pins?
Did you raise the truck support it on stands and rotate the tires to hear which tire is making the noise? locate the noise, remove the tire, hand spin the noisy rotor or drum, is the noise from the inside or outside of drum?

Just need more info to help, please.
