Default remote start not working, help?

i have a 09 F150 Lariat that did not come with a remote start, so i bought a factory Ford remote start. which was installed by a Ford dealer in 2011. I recently installed LED lights in the MAP light and now the remote start does not work. when i hold the remote start button it honks once like normal, and then honks 3 times and does not start.

ive read about this happening to others after installing LED in MAP lights and reprogramming the truck or remote somehow fixes it. ive seen so many combinations of programming steps i dont know which one to use or which is safest, i dont want to deprogram my key and not be able to even start the truck or deprogram my tach somehow.

if anyone has any useful info i would greatly appreciate it, thank you!

this is a 6 button remote with a panic button, 1 and 2 number buttons, lock and unlock, and blue remote start button...if that helps.

I know this sound silly but have you removed the new LED light and tried it? Interior lighting systems run through the remote "aux power module" and so does the door lock and remote start. I would suspect a change in the power load may be your issue. This would require taking it to a dealer and having it reprogrammed.
