I have 08 f150 5.4L recently I have to click the key 2 or 3 times to start any help would be appreciated

 

To crank ?? or start up...

 

The starter solenoid may be bad or the key chip is going bad. Try a different key first. If that doesn't work you may need a starter solenoid. There is a slight chance the key switch contacts are bad or dirty too.
