Default Rear diff making awful noise

Hi all,
My rear differential is making an awful grinding/creaking sound when I turn while accelerating. At least that's where I think it's coming from. I purchased some TransX diff oil and put it in there and it seemed to help for a few but still hearing it. Thoughts?

Thank you!

Default limited slip?

If you have a limited slip differential (12 bolts on cover) you could try some friction modifier in the differential.
