PVC Valve
One of the Facebook gururs( yeah) made a post re changing out the f150 pcv valve with one from a mustang coyote 5.0. Rational is the 150 has a high compression, I think was 12.1.
Any thoughts from those with knowledge,?

I know that PVC stands for PolyVinyl Chloride - a common type of plastic. You mean PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation), and it has absolutely nothing to do with compression or performance. Until you're a better engineer than Ford hires, just trust them and use the right parts for your truck.
