PO305 trouble code

Can anybody tell me what a PO305 trouble code means? I have a 2000 f150.
It read: PO305 Cylinder5

Mis-Fire...replace the plug and or check connection to the plug ... if it's COP replace it...
BTW...all you have to do is Google P0305
