Default Dents and dings

I have a few small door dings in my truck and i was wondering if anyone had a quick and cost effective way to remove them? I thought about putting a plunger up next to it and trying to pop it back into place but i wouldn't want to mess it up anymore than it already is. If you have a way to remove these dings without paying a specialist to do it PLEASE TELL ME!!!!!!

Unfortunately there aren't any over the counter products that address this issue with the exception of the color matched touch up paint that is marginal at best. "Paintless Dent Removal" specialists us a 3000psi hydraulic suction system to pull out small dents but it can start at $600 for their services. Just for your own information I would stop a body shop and ask the cost for the repairs. My insurance covered some on my wifes 08 Camry with a $250 deductible. Sadly my 2000 F-150 still isn't fixed. Thank you for the details but the dents in my truck are very very small, almost half the size of a hail stone dent. The reason i want them out is because with bright red paint they show easily in the daylight and i want my truck to be perfect !
