i have a 2001 with a 4.6 v8. engine light is on so got the code tested its the iac valve over speed error. i put a new iac valve on and replaced the only vacuum line i saw on the motor but the light has come back on and its the same code is there something else wrong?

 

The most probable cause for this code is a wiring problem to the IAC.

 

find yer pcv valve and follow the line around to the back of the intake, its prob leaking where it connects to the intake
