Default Need help with loud clunking please

I have a 2008 f150 5.4l 3v triton engine(I know I should never have gotten a truck with this engine)

My problem is I have started to get a HORIBLE sounding repetitive clunking sound from under the hood when coming to a stop or a slow roll... I e experience this after the vehicle is warm(have never heard it happen in the mornings even after a 1.5hr commute to work) it appears to only happened when the engine is warmed up,(I am also guilty of leaving my truck running in park while on the job site for various amounts of time). When heading home in slow traffic I heard this loud clunking, and it will usually start slow get louder and faster then just stop. And it starts again when I slightly press the gas and let off...

I could really use some help since I can not find any source online that's states this specific sound or issue.

I have attached a small video of the loud clunking. It sounds like a diesel engine but more aggressive. It's very pronounced in the video clip.. sry for unstable video I was in traffic trying to capture the sound.

Edit: just got a new code pop up P0345. I already replaced both cam position sensors and MAF sensor. If feel it's a timing issue or the VCT solenoids but I still don't know for sure. The video clip I intended to post apparently won't go through I'll try adding it a different way. Please help guys, this is a personal work truck and my income relys on it.

Put the video on youtube or save it to Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive and post the link. Don't forget to make it accessible to the public, not Private.

Is your truck 4WD?
