Default Need Advice on Maintenance Failure

Took 2018 F150 / 5.0 ( 80,000) Miles, needed new front wheel bearing both sides, water pump, radiator hoses and belts, the technician failed to tighten the radiator hose and the hose blew off, engine overheated, sputtered and I was able to get about 3 miles to destination driving 10mph. What are the implications long term on the engine and what is reasonable ask of the repair shop who performed the work. The truck is currently sitting back at the shop.

Any advice or comments appreciated

post isn't exactly clear - so they replaced the wheel bearings, pump, hoses and belts and a hose blew after the service?

Their responsibility would be to put the hose back on, fill and burp the system and clean up the engine bay. You made the choice to keep driving vs pulling over and shutting it down so that's pretty much on you. Once back together if it runs fine I'd say no long term implications but not really possible for us to know how hot it got

Do these trucks still have the ability, under these circumstances, to drive in a limp mode? I remember our expedition had something like that.
