Exclamation Muffler Vibration Problem

I have a 2007 STX regular cab with a V-MAXX exhaust set up like the Ford Lightning. I recently noticed a very high pitched whining sound like a bad belt whenever I step on the gas, but it turns out one of the hangers holding up the exhaust is vibrating so slightly that it is making a annoying whining sound when I step on the gas at low RPM's. The vibrations only occur around 1,100 to 1,400 RPM's. I sprayed some WD-40 around the area and it helped a bit, but the vibrations continue to come back. Has anyone else had this problem or knows what I can do to fix it without taking the truck in to a shop?

Thanks

Might try to weld the exhaust to the hanger
