Default Loss of electrical on start-up

Hopefully someone out there can help me... I have a 2016 F-150 Ecoboost. All of the sudden when I go to start the car I lose all electrical, 100% dead. For some reason, when I open the door and close it, the power is restored. After a couple goes of this, the truck will start. It doesn't do it every time, just sometimes. There are two things that have happened recently. 1) I installed a new pioneer audio system. It was working fine for approximately a week and a half with no issues. 2) the problem started the day after I washed my truck. I didn't open the hood or anything, but there was some caked on mud in the wheel well, and I guess it is possopos some water ended up somewhere it shouldn't? So far every day since I washed it, I have had the issue at least once in the day.

Your truck is still under warranty. Take it or have it towed to the nearest dealer for repair.
