Yeah looks like the switch, you can first try actually engaging it with the switch, then turning it off, see if that dash light will go off.
Or, with everything off, pull push the switch a few times, see if something is stuck and/or the connection inside just needs some movement.

I agree with 'working' the switch if you haven't already.

Maybe it is only 'partially off' and therefore is on.
At least that is free and will take 1 extra minute aside from the amount of time it takes to walk to wherever you are parked.

Thank you. I placed the order, but unfortunately with everything going on it will be a while before the item is restocked. Hope it’ll fix my issue
