Default Leaking sensor ports on engine block

First post, happy to be here!

Im having an issue with weeping/leaking sensors on a 2014 F150, and am wondering if anyone could tell me what the sensors leaking are, and what might be possibly causing the issue? Im just trying to diagnose the problem before trying to get it fixed at a shop or dealer.

Pic attached, thanks in advance!

That's not the block - that's a valve cover, so they're probably the CMPs (CaMshaft Position sensors). But they might be VVT actuators. Always ID electrical components by their wire colors.

Those are the VCT solenoid gaskets leaking.
