Question Need help about a bracket

while driving down the road today, a bracket of some kind fell out from under my 2004 f150 heritage (4.2L; RWD)
It has a number stamped on it, but I can't seem to find it when I search on google to find out what it goes to.
The Number is 3F2E17A084AA. It has a part missing ( Ithink). It's kinda shaped like a cheap spanner wrench with a slot in the end of the "Handle" that I think is to hook a hoist chain to.
There is a 5/16-3/8" hole on one end of the other side and the bottom end appears to be broken off so not sure what it looked like. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Lifting eye for the engine, looks like it rusted, or broke, it bolts to one of the exhaust manifolds.
