You need to direct that question to a few repair shops in your area. Asking on a forum is a waste of time. If you mark and document connections, take pics, there's no reason you can't change it out yourself.

Junk yard for the part and auto parts store for the gasket(s).

I'm sure there will be you tube videos of this as well. As long as you can follow steps you'll be fine.

I'll waste some time; JB Weld 24hr epoxy would be my fix. Clean up the area to be repaired with carb cleaner spray first to remove oil vapor. JB Weld repaired a cracked aluminum intake runner for me; good stuff, My wife ran over a boulder and put a hole in her auto-trans pan. That night, I JB Welded it and it held fluid for 6 months (no leaks) until I figured I better change the pan,

Where would we be without JB Weld. Likely would hold that coil in place till it went bad if ever or the next plug change..

To directly answer your question, ALLDATA shows a cost of $466 for an OE intake manifold and 3 labor hours to remove and replace.

Seems it was about $1400 on my 2002 Lariat but included plugs/cables

Do it yourself, buy a aftermarket intake, will take about 4 hours, and the routing for the knock and cht sensors around the imrc linkages behind the intake are critical...
