Default how do i fix this?

I was changing the belt and stationary idler pulley. While tightening bolt which goes through pulley, the bracket on engine broke off. Any ideas?

Yea your not going to like it... You have to get a bolt extractor drill the center of the bolt and use a bolt extractor that has a revers thread as you tighten it it loosens the bolt... Not easy but doable... Do you own a torque wrench?

I wish it was just a broken bolt. What broke was the bearing arm that the pulley fits on to. The bolt threads into this holding the pulley in place. Tomorrow I'll attach a photo. I'm afraid I'll need to replace the entire front plate of the engine.
