Default hesitate on accelerate

2005 F150 5.l 3V
I know there are many reasons, I have ruled MANY out.
Is it possible for the IMRC (runner control) to malfunction without throwing codes? I have a new fuel pump, filter, injectors, sensor.... Ford mechanic said pump and sensor were bad, so I replaced). I still have my hesitation and overall lack of adequate power.
Years ago, my IMRC coded so I replace it and the intake manifold (some of the studs on manifold broke)... When I put it in, I realized after test drive that I put the linkages on backwards, which I went back and fixed. I recall a note in the box cautioned against manually turning the control solenoid. Could it have been damaged when I did this? I does not throw ANY codes whatsoever and rarely records a miss in mode6....
