Holy firing the random parts cannon!

One thing you missed or didn’t mention: There is a hose behind the intake that usually gets a split in it and collapses in at the elbow. That will trip both banks going lean.

Man, you did a lot that had nothing to do with this.

So was (is) your intake air temperature actually negative 11.2 degrees F? If your real temperature was higher, say 20 degrees and the computer thinks its negative 11.2 degrees F you will be running very rich, I think.

Those fuel trims look okay. You shouldn't have any codes based on fuel trims from what you're showing. About +5.5 on bank 1 and -7 on bank 2.

I looked back at some of your old threads and you never supplied the actual code numbers.

I would guess that the red color on your scanner indicates a parameter that is out of expected range? The only red ones are intake air temperature, as mentioned, and one second sensor (after the catalytic converter) on Bank 1. Looks like a flaky temperature sensor (intake air temperature is not a super-critical parameter for the PCM), and a catalytic converter that might not be up to par.

Post the actual codes and the freeze-frame data. The freeze-frame data will show what was happening when the codes set.
