Default Help to identity this issue

Lifted my engine cover and found what appears to be 2 sensors leaking oil. Is this a must concern and can someone please tell me what these sensors are? Want to know what I'm talking about when I go to my service writer.

Its a 2012 F150 Ecoboost.

Ti-VCT solenoids

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Variable_Cam_Timing
There oil pressure regulates cam timing.

When oil leaks from a place it should not be, IS a cause for concern.

& when you see oil leaking from a area that you know that oil normally leaks from then there is NO concern.

I finished your blanket statement with a blanket statement.

**UPDATE**
So I get off the phone with my service writer and good news! New valve is cover on order....

I also wanted the "Clunking Noise" from start to acceleration to get looked at and come to find out they are going to replace my Drive Shaft. Can someone explain to me how this will fix the clunking issue?

I have the Super Crew short box so there is no extended drive line.
