Default Help!

I got a 2007 F150 Fx4 5.4 3v triton with roughly 155,000 miles, during school break over the holidays I parked my truck for two weeks being I wouldn't have to drive my girls to school for two weeks so I can save a gas due to prices. (100.00 a week). Soon as i jumped on it and went back to my normal routine check engine light came on. Truck ran ok but would shake on when idling and had some hesitation at 45-55 mph but kept running. By the 3rd day it just wouldn't go. I bought the truck cheap and had it for 2 years with out any issues. Kept up with normal wear and tear. So I decide to give it a tune up since the original owner said he was always afraid to change the plugs. Well I took on that challenge and changed the plugs a couple of coil and pig tails. Changed the oil, bank 2 cam sensor and bank 1, bank 1 vct solenoid. Cleared all codes and it ran great for about 30 minutes. It's has more power on the road but idles real rough at a stop or when left idling. I can smell gas fumes like if it's not burning the fuel correctly. I cleaned out throttle body after the plug change. But still no change, I'm getting a POO12 and a POO16 code. I will be changing out crankshaft sensor and fuel filter this weekend. My biggest scare is that the phasers or chain has jumped or stretched. Can any one give some advice on this issue. Thanks in advance.

Ps I'm no real mechanic I'm more of a you tube mechanic lol I just cant afford to take it to a dealership and pay 2000.00 after they are done with it. TIA
