These kits are usaully not bi-xenon, low and high beam, and if they are the high beam is halogen so its a waste. Some people say the lows are so good you really dont need the highs but more is always better right. lol

I hate those lights, and it seems that they are always aimed right at your face, not the road. I just pull back on my light lever and blind them back, which is pretty bad because I have the halogen bulbs in my headlights and fog lights.

If you've ever be driving towards that comes with HID's from the factory and they hit a bump and the light shines up into your face.... well thats what it is like permenantly if you put them in our stock housing.

as far as what i have heard from the shops around here, they say that the higher, the more illegal, and the lower, the less (such as the real factory hid, like mecedes and such, they are supposedly 4300K) and the reason when they hit a bump i noticed in my moms benz, is that they have a self leveling unit, so they begin to bounce around...which can be bothersome to the other people driving towards you....but you may be right about the K, and i aswell as the people in the shops around here can be wrong, who knows.....all we know is that they are annoying as hell

Ure right, i believe, about the higher the K and them being illegal where the lower K lights are legal. But as far as birghtness the lower K are brighter then the higher k lights. The lower K such as 6000k are fairly blue and BRIGHT where the 2000K lights are very blue in color and not nearly as bright. Once you get to around 4000K the light turns to YELLOW, its wierd but true.
