Default Film in headlights

I've heard of a few ways to get rid of it... One way I was told was to take very 600 grit sandpaper, wet it and keep it wet at all times and rub it out and as sad as it sounds I was also told that you take Vaseline, rub it on the inside and it takes it away. The way I would do it though is to order the New Lite Headlight Cleaner, Repair and Restoration kit.

just buy new headlights, they arent that much, and it would be allot easier than trying to fix the old ones, and end up with so-so results

if they are fogged from water, you can take a hair dryer and dry it out. If its the yellow dull looking film, they i would just buy new ones.

I think mine are getting messes up now, I might need to buy some new head lights. Hey Tx, are the Harley headlights any good?

If you get oem Ford there fine, be careful buying aftermarket headlights on ebay. I read in other post that they leak and water gets in them
