Default Ground

Hey all, my first post. Im sure im not the first to ask but anyone know where i can locate the ground locations? I found 2 ground wires hanging loose on the drivers side near the PDM module on the left topside fender. She crank-no-starts sometimes so i undo the neg batt term to reset the ecm and then gittyup. Maybe ecm not powering down for some reason. Thanks a million.

Put ALL your truck's details into your signature so you don't have to remember to re-post it, and we don't have to go looking back through your old posts to find it when we want to answer you.

We assume it's an F150 because you posted here. So you've only told us the year, engine size, and trim package. You didn't even put the cab size in your sig. That's a drop in the bucket. The more we know about the truck, the more we can help you. Read this caption:

You can look up wiring diagrams at this link: www.bbbind.com/tsb-wiring-diagrams-database/
Those ground diagram might have locations. The Ford service manual certainly has the ground locations. You can download an image of the service disk free from here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/f...XB6NW5neFRoZGc
You can burn it to an actual DVD, and then either install it from the DVD (meaning you'll have to put the DVD into the same drive on your computer every time you want to access it), or you can copy it to a new drive letter on a new partition on your HDD, install it from there, and you won't need the DVD again.
