Default Gouged my crankshaft

OK, I win the idiot of the day for this I know. I was removing the crankshaft from my 99 5.4L, I was hammering a screwdriver threw the rear seal and messed up and gouged the shaft with the screwdriver. What can I do to fix this?? This is what I get getting in a hurry pulling the seal.

They make a sleeve to repair that kind of damage, seal saver or something like that. Been years since I used one.

Thanks for the info guys. Yes, it looks like SKF makes a SPEEDI-SLEEVE that will fix this. $30 lesson, not too bad. LOL
Now I will try not to act like a caveman on the rest of the project.
