i have an 07 f150 and filling my truck up today full wont move the needle. what could be the issue? ive started and restarted the truck a few times and driven it a while and it wont go past half way. even though i put in 32 gallons.

It's either the sender unit in the tank or the wiring to the gauge.

I have the same problem with my 08. Also the digital readout doesn't read right. Dealership looked at it and its the fuel sending unit.

I noticed when I started my truck this morning it only read 1/4 tank, but after a full hour of driving it slowly made it's way to the "full" side. Seems odd

Check to see if it is warranteed with the EVAP Emissions stuff.
