Default Ford VCM/IDS question about speedometer calibration

Can the Ford IDS system change the calibration on the speedometer? My 2007 XLT 5.4 SCab is about 2 mph LOW at 75 mph (standard tires, 3.73 rear end) and I'd like to fix that. I have a standard OBD-II reader that seems to indicate there is a Ford PID for the speedo calibration. I can't change that with the standard tool, but I presume the Ford IDS s/w can do that. Can anyone confirm that, and if there is anyone in the MA area with IDS, I'd pay you for your time.
