Front Suspension
Ok guys, just wanted to get your opinion on this. I have a 2002 F150 SuperCrew FX4 Lariat with the 5.4 and 200,000 Miles. I am about to replace the following.
(1) - FRONT Pitman Arm
(2) - FRONT INNER Tie Rod Ends
(2) - FRONT OUTER Tie Rod Ends
(2) - FRONT LOWER Ball Joints
(2) - FRONT UPPER Control Arms with upper Ball Joints
2) - FRONT Sway Bar Links
(1) -IDLER Arm
In what order do you think I should proceed? Does it matter?

hey just wanted to give a heads up, i replaced suspension parts for my 03 f150 2wd and got the parts off eBay. seller name "worldsuspension" the price was well within my budget so i got to replace everything at once. they have full front end kits for our trucks. check them out I recommend them to all ford truck drivers
Your list seems pretty complete. The most important item in my eyes is always the tie rod ends. This is the greatest safety item on your list. I'd start there. The ball joints are next because they will affect your tire wear and the front end wobble. The rest of the bushings and links have the least amount of safety and will only provide a stiffer/solid ride. BTW don't forget a new set of shocks. Good luck
honestly I would just do everything at once. None of that stuff is difficult to do but if you do it in stages you just have to take it all apart again and sometimes separating joints will ruin them. Hate to see you pay twice on parts. plus any time you replace a joint you will have to get an alignment.
I recently replaced everything in my 2005 Honda Accord. Got everything from Rock Auto and I think I spent about $250 for all Moog joints. rented tools for free from the auto parts store.
