Default Front end issue

Hello all i have a 2000 f150 2wd i just got the truck yesterday and lookking over it i noticed the driverside tire looks like its off center in the wheel well just wondering if anyone has any idea what would cause that just looking for ideas on where i should start looking at to fix this issue the steering pulls pretty good to the left when driving and when going over bumps it feels like the front end pulls left and then jerks to the right? Thanks in advance for any help!

It looks like the wheel sits a lot closer to the back of the wheel well

Rh side wheel sits pretty center compared to the lh side wheel

Sure doesn't look right. Might want to take that to a front end shop and have it looked at, for safety reasons if nothing else.

I know it definitely needs ball joints which i will be replacing very soon but would that cause the tire to sit closer to the door like it is? Im wondering if the radius arm bracket/bushing is worn out to cause the tire sitting back the way it is?
