Default Flap hanging under front bumper

I got in a very minor low speed fender bender yesterday and when I went to assess the damage I noticed there was a flap hanging from under the front bumper/engine compartment. It's a big piece of rubber with three screws on the end of it. Anyone know what it is/where I screw the end if it back into? Thanks,

Thanks Man! I found the screw holes this morning after looking in the completely wrong area. I'm assuming it's just a mud and debris protector for all the hoses and what not behind it?

I thought it was an air dam for bringing more air to the coolers and such. But probably protection as well.
