Default Filter wrench

What type of filter wrench do you use to remove the 3.5 EcoBoost filter? On my 5.4 a band style wrench worked great. The 3.5 is a little smaller diameter and my old wrench wouldn't work, so I bought a smaller one designed for a 2&3/8 - 2&7/8 filter, but it doesn't want to grab.

what other styles have you found work for you?

Thanks, yeah, I have been fighting it just using my hands for the last few oil changes. Laying there on a creeper with barely enough arm length to reach the filter while snow is melting, and dripping on my face, I said "Self, there's got to be an easier way" unfortunately the band style doesn't work very well with the smaller diameter filters. I was able to return it, and they had a better 3 jaw ITC brand filter wrench that looks like it will do the trick.
