Default f150 problem

I got this problem with my 97 F-150. When I hit 45 mph the truck starts vibrating bad. I had a problem with one of the drive shaft universal joints a few months back, it was making clicking sounds and I did not get it fixed right away. This vibrating problem starting right before I put on the new unversal joint. I thought it could be that one of the tires was off balance because one tires needs air every few months. But I checked the pressure in all them and its still good. The vibrating only happens when I hit that gas at around 45. Once I let off the gas it stops. When I hit 60 the problem also goes away. Any one know whats wrong ?

im going to say a unballenced tire, that is the only thing that i can think of that would not vibrate, start shaking, then go away.

Sounds like a bent rim. I have one it's pretty common when they install new tires they usually put them in the back so you don't get the vibration in the stearing wheel.Or you just lost a weight off your rim.

My brother's 1995 F150 did shudder around 40K as well and the Transmission shop did a complete flush and filter change and it fixed it. If I remember right his only did it around 40mh with light throttle.

I wasn't thinking about that, possibly

I think its the drive shaft. If I replace the whole drive shaft do I need front and rear shaft?
