The joint of the exhaust manifold to the catalytic converter is leaking. i attempted to remove the two bolts and try to re seal it but one of the bolts is stripped onto the stud. Does anybody have any ideas how to remove the stud and where i can get a replacement one? This is has been killing me

 

Cut off the stud, drill a hole, and then place a bolt with a spring in it like the rest of the clamped areas have.... I have to do the same thing, just no time.
